The present document (General Conditions of Sale) defines the conditions applicable to the concluded on the one hand by the company LesSouliers.Com, with its headquarter located in Paris, France, 38 rue de Trévise - 75009, registered at the Paris RCS under the number 502337868000016 hereafter named « LesSouliers.Com » and on the other hand any individual, not operating for resale, wishing to purchase an article through the web site « LesSouliers.Com »hereafter named « the Customer ».

This document is defining the commercial relationships between LesSouliers.Com and the customer and the applicable conditions for any purchase made through the web site.

2- PRODUCTS

The products offered are the ones published on the web site  LesSouliers.Com.
These products are offered within the limits of the stock available.
Each product is with a description established by our company.
The pictures of the catalog are as close as possible but cannot assured a perfect match with the product, especially concernin the color.

3- PRICE

Prices of the catalog are stated including taxes.
For purchases outside the EEC the price will automatically appear without tax once youp ut them in your basket.
LesSouliers.Com  can change its prices at any time. The price applicable is  the one displyed on the day of the purchase.
Prices do not include shipping and packing.

5- ORDERS

The customer wishing to purchase an article must :

1. Fill in the identification form  indicating all the request fields
2. Fill in the order form
3. Validate its order after checking it
4. Make the payment
   
5. Confirm its order and payment

The act of puchase implies an acceptance of the General Condition of Sale.
The confirmation is considered as signature and acceptance of the operations.

LesSouliers.com will email the Customer stating that his order is confirmed.

6- PAYMENT

Payment has to made at the time of the purchase by credit card.
The following credit cards are accepted : VISA,  MASTERCARD, CARTE BLEUE ;

Payments are made the secured platform of the CIC bank using SSL protocol ( Secure Socket Layer) , meaning that at the moment of the payment you are automaticaly transfered to the bank platform ( ssl appears in the adress) and your information are protected.

Your bank account will be only debited at the time of the shipping.
An invoice will be inclueded in the parcel.

7- DELIVERIES

Deliveries are operated by La Poste ( French Postal service ) using Collissimo service that allows tracking by internet , www.colissimo.fr.
Packing and shipping is organized by Handirect.Com.
Deliveries are made to the address mentionned on the order confirmation.

Shipping is Ex factory, which means that risks belongs to the customer once the parcel has left LesSouliers.Com or Handirect.Com premises.
In case of dammage during the shipment, a form has to be filed to the carrier within 3 days of reception.
Delivery delays are stated for information only, if they go over 30 days after the order, the purchase can be canceled.

8- RETURNS

Customers are entitled by law to a 7 days return policy statring on the day of the delivery. Customers can either ask for an exchange or reimboursement without any additionnal cost, except for the shipping.

Returns have to follow these conditions :

1. Products must not have been worn and have to be returned in their original packing.
2. Every return has to have a return authorization number. This number can be obtained by the the Contact form on the site or by calling : +33 9 71 46 87 54 and has to be included in the parcel.
3. Every parcel returned had to returned through a service that allows tracking. ( Colissimo , UPS , or any national postage service that allows tracking services)

    

9- LIABILITY

LesSouliers.Com as a vendor is only compelled to an obligation of means ; its responsability cannot be engaged for a damage caused by the use of Internet such has loss of data, virus, service disruptance or any other problems..

10- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTIES

Elements of LesSouliers.Com website are the sole and exclusive property of LesSouliers.Com.
Reproduction, exploitation of any part of the web site is strictly forbidden.
Links to the web site is submitted to authorization.

11- PERSONNAL DATA

According to the French law, Informatique et Liberté, the web site has been registred under the CNIL declaration N° 1306778.

12- WARRANTY

All the products featured on lesSouliers.Com are entitled to the legal garanty of the article 1641 of the French Civil Code.
All the products can be exchanged or reimboursed within a 7 days delay according to article 6. All returns have to compy to the procedure exposed in article 8 of the Genral Sales and Conditions.

13- DATA

LesSouliers.com will keep a copy of the invoices and order sheet on a durable support accoring to the article 1348 of the French Civil Code.

14- LITAGATION

The present Sales Terms and Conditions are submitted to the French law.
In case of litigation, Paris courts will prevail.
